Wet on Wet Fun

Full Moonrise
Wet on wet is exactly what it sounds like. All the paint is applied wet, you don't wait for the previous paint to dry, and in watercolor this leads to all kinds of mischief as the paint bleeds together at whim.
I painted this in one big wet on wet kaboom. Used one brush, a half-inch wide flat, and didn't look back.
Now that all these washes are dry, the usual thing would be to go in and add some highlights and shadows and details to give it more definition. But I just don't want to on this one, even though I see places here and there where I might. This one has a mood, I think, that I do not wish to monkey with.
Sometimes that's the way it goes.
Cheers
