Christmas Cards

For several years now, my wife and I have sent personalized Christmas Cards the old fashioned way - by having them printed and sending them Snail Mail.  There is something so traditional about this that I cannot imagine we will ever change.  Our system is simple:  I paint the image and Crystal, a church musician, selects an appropriate hymn text for the message.  To give just one example, in 2016 our card was the reindeer image entitled Wisdom.  Crystal chose O Come O Wisdom from on High (from O Come O Come Emmanuel), selected because the reindeer is a symbol of wisdom in many cultures.

This collection show a few of the many cards we have sent over the years.
